Great location in the city, just a short walk from key attractions and amenities.
Terrible service from the staff, who were consistently rude and unhelpful. They would often cut off guests before they could finish speaking and provided minimal assistance or attention.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and hospitality at this budget hotel. The staff, including Pallana at the reception and the bar staff, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The room was well-designed and equipped, with ample hanging options. The attention to detail in the room fixtures and TV listings was impressive. We highly recommend staying at this gem of a hotel. we had an amazing experience at Ibis Centre and will definitely be returning.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. With reasonable prices and attention to detail, it offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location on Ligovskiy prospect was convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room, including a neat bathroom and a nice view, were all I needed for a pleasant stay. The fact that breakfast was included made it even more convenient.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city center and reach regional cities. It is also near the biggest shopping center in St Petersburg. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The staff is friendly, caring, and customer-oriented. The breakfast is better than at other Ibis hotels, and there are little extras like charging your mobile phone at the reception. The view from some rooms, like room 643, is fantastic.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of this vibrant city and it was a great choice. The location was excellent, with easy access to regional cities, Pulkovo airport, and the supermarket. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and helpful service. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which overlooked some of the city's famous landmarks. it was a wonderful experience.
The only downside was the lack of assistance for guests with disabilities or baby carriages.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the central part of the city. The location was fantastic, with the biggest shopping mall nearby, as well as the metro and railway station within easy reach. It made exploring the city and traveling to other regional cities very convenient. The area also had plenty of dining options and I particularly enjoyed being able to walk to the famous Nevsky Prospekt. The room itself was modern and although it was on the smaller side, it had a nice view of the city. I loved waking up to that every morning.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was lovely and there was nothing that could be improved.
